▷ β2 selective : 부작용이 적고 작용시간이 길다는 장점을 가짐.

Saligenin ( albuterol, salbuterol ..)

: 먼저 잔기량을 모두 내뱉게 하고 천천히 약을 들여 마시기 시작하여 거의 total lung

capacity까지 inhalation시킴. 그 후 약 5초간 holding하여 약이 잘 retain되게 한다.
